Chief Disruptor Productions creates radically candid, compelling content that elevates and examines Black life for stage, film, TV, digital, audio, etc.
Our art challenges how Blackness (people, culture, traditions) is represented in media - resisting the white gaze in favor of Black-centered storytelling.
Our projects converge at the intersection of art, pop culture, race and gender issues, exploring all through the lens of Black brilliance.

Black Beauty Digital Exhibit
Black Beauty Digital Exhibit
Women in general are held to impossible standards of beauty. But Black women in particular face an intense scrutiny over our hair, clothes, and makeup that is fueled by an underlined anti-Blackness. This digital exhibit, featuring women and girls from all walks of life, seeks to explore the double beauty standards that exists for Black women compared to our non-Black peers and aims to reflect and celebrate our beauty like never before.
